Four Swords, One Player

On Friday July 9th I finally gave in to my gamer weakness and bought The Legend Of Zelda: Four Sword Adventures. I've been postponing it for a couple of reasons:
  1. The game is freakin' expensive: $52.99!
  2. It's multiplayer focused, and I don't have many friends with GBAs to multiplay with.
  3. I still have a couple of games I haven't finished yet like Wind Waker, for instance.
  4. Weekday gaming has been severely cut down due to my work schedule.
Alas, I gave in to my "need" for a new game. It's actually pretty enjoyable as a solo adventure, but the multiplayer aspect is even more fun. So far I've managed to play, on different occasions, with my friend Juan and my wife. It's quite crazy when we cooperate to solve a puzzle or beat a boss, but then slap each other around to get the most force gems.

Getting four players together in one room for one night is not as easy as it seems. I'll just have to plan a Four Swords party sometime this weekend!
