Dead Wallet Walking

NEWS FLASH!

I just received news that administration of my walk-up complex is out to get me. There's a maintenance fee that's supposed to be paid every month, and I have missed a "few" to be honest. But to give me an ultimatum to pay the entire amount by June 15^th is a bit over the top. Am I the victim here? Not really, but I think some sort of arrangement can be made... I hope, at least for my poor wallet's sake!
